Solution

Deviate Media designed the system by first mapping the workflow of supervisors, admins, and employees across multiple job sites. The core focus was:

  1. Accurate Labor Tracking: Implementing task-level clock in/out with Face ID recognition and geolocation to stop time theft.

  2. Supervisor Tools: Allowing supervisors to add and edit sites, projects, tasks, materials, and equipment directly from the mobile app.

  3. Task Documentation: Enabling employees to upload images, update statuses, and provide clear proof of completion.

  4. Communication Control: Building a structured messaging system—supervisors can message all employees; employees can message only their supervisor.

  5. White-Label Framework: Custom branding, colors, and identity so Murphy Manpower can operate the app as their own internal workforce platform.
