Deviate Media partnered with Murphy Manpower to create a custom Construction Site Labor Management App built for real-world field operations. The goal was to simplify jobsite oversight, eliminate inaccurate timesheets, and give supervisors and employees a clean, dependable workflow.

Solution
Deviate Media designed the system by first mapping the workflow of supervisors, admins, and employees across multiple job sites. The core focus was:

Accurate Labor Tracking: Implementing task-level clock in/out with Face ID recognition and geolocation to stop time theft.

Supervisor Tools: Allowing supervisors to add and edit sites, projects, tasks, materials, and equipment directly from the mobile app.
